Aqua Sphere Power Glove

The Power Gloves are a powerful combination of glove and dumbbell. They offer optimal upper body training during strength training, kickboxing and interval training in the water. The large surface area of the paddles provides increased resistance in the water, while the coloured foam provides even more intense muscle training. A holistic muscle training increases muscle strength and thus reduces the risk of injury. It helps with regeneration after injuries and also prevents muscle soreness. With the training power gloves, the muscles in the upper body (triceps and shoulder muscles at the back) are promoted and strengthened.
